Turnaround varies by project scope, but most photography sessions are delivered within 2–3 weeks. Creative audit reports are delivered within 5–10 business days from the time your questionnaire is completed.

Yes. We’re based in Portland, Oregon, but available for travel both regionally and beyond. Travel fees apply and vary depending on location and scope. Bonus points if you’re in Puerto Rico or Spain.

Yes. Organic social use is included in most packages. If you plan to use imagery or video in paid advertising, we offer separate licensing rates. Please inquire for details.

Start by submitting an inquiry form. From there, we’ll review your project and reach out with next steps—this may include a discovery call, proposal, or more detailed questionnaire depending on your needs.

To secure your session date and time, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total session fee is required at the time of booking. Your session will not be considered confirmed until this deposit has been received. The remaining 75% is due 3 days before the session.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours in advance. While the deposit is non-refundable, it may be applied to a future session if rescheduling is necessary and done within the stated notice period.
